But, I uploaded the wrong kind of graphic and so the order didn&#8217;t go through properly. Not their fault. Completely mine. But, I didn&#8217;t realize the process failed and I went on about my day. 2 days later when I hadn&#8217;t heard anything back, I sent an email to their support team. They called me almost immediately and we sorted out the details and I was able to place my order. My stickers arrived a short time later and I absolutely love them.<\/p>\n<p>A couple weeks later, John (the owner of the company) calls me to make sure I got my stickers and that I was happy.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t know about you, but I call that exceptional customer service.
