If Mel Blanc was the man of a thousand voices, then John Lynn is the man of a thousand websites. Seriously. The guy owns and operates so many, that we can\u2019t even list them all.<\/p>\n

But when he\u2019s not working on his website about the medical records industry or his website about \u201cDancing with the Stars\u201d or his website about blogging (didn\u2019t we say he runs a thousand websites?), then he\u2019s playing Ultimate Frisbee and even organizes Las Vegas tournaments.<\/p>\n

Lynn\u2019s Las Vegas WordCamp 2013 presentation is called \u201cTo Do or Not to Do: Things Bloggers Should Do and Things Bloggers Shouldn’t Waste Time On,\u201d and we had a chance to sit down and get to know him better. Here\u2019s what he had to say.<\/p>\n

LVWC: What do you love most about WordPress?<\/p>\n

JL: I love that WordPress makes it easy for anyone to publish anything. \u00a0It works across every niche and can make anyone into a publisher. \u00a0You can choose something you’re passionate about and grow a following for almost nothing. That’s powerful!<\/p>\n

LVWC: What are your favorite WordPress plugins?<\/p>\n

JL: Duplicate Post, Peter’s Collaboration E-mails, Role Manager, Tweet Old Post, and any plugin which has stats.<\/p>\n

LVWC: Whether you live here or are a visitor, what do you love about Las Vegas?<\/p>\n

JL: I love the great weather, the great business environment (no tax), and the people.<\/p>\n

LVWC: Favorite TV show and why.<\/p>\n

JL: This question is ironic since I run a network of reality TV blogs. My favorite TV show to watch is \u201cAmazing Race.\u201d \u00a0My favorite TV show to blog about is a tie between \u201cDancing with the Stars\u201d and \u201cSo You Think You Can Dance.\u201d \u00a0My favorite new show is \u201cNashville.\u201d<\/p>\n

LVWC: Are you smarter than a 4th Grader? Do you think you can dance?<\/p>\n

JL: Yes, but you can see my 4th grader’s blog:\u00a0http:\/\/www.curtislynn.com<\/a>\u00a0where you can see some cool minions. \u00a0I love to dance, but I’m not sure I think I can dance. That’s never stopped me before.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
