The Innevation Center is a 65,000-square-foot collaborative workspace and community event venue driving Nevada\u2019s new innevation economy, donated to the community by Switch Founder and CEO Rob Roy.<\/p>\n

The Innevation Center is the first public \/ private economic diversification effort of its kind. We bring together entrepreneurs. Business leaders. Mentors. Investors. Educators. And government agencies. In other words, everyone it takes to build an economy of superheroic proportions. The Innevation Center is the brain child of Switch founder Rob Roy. As the most successful technology entrepreneur in Nevada\u2019s history, Rob is extremely passionate about enabling a more diverse Nevada economy. UBER IS NOW IN VEGAS!<\/h2>\n

Before we started planning WordCamp Vegas, UBER in Las Vegas was just a myth. They were approved to operate in the state of Nevada, but were not giving rides. We’re pleased to announce that UBER is officially in NEVADA and JUST \u00a0IN TIME FOR WORDCAMP VEGAS 2015! We’re not exactly sure of the cost difference between UBER and Taxi Cabs. We do know that UBER can drive you all over town.<\/p>\n

Hotel Information<\/h2>\n

Our hotel situation in Las Vegas is rather unique compared to most WordCamp events in other cities. All of our hotels are located in 2 central areas. The Strip and Fremont St (aka Downtown). Both of which are not exactly close to our venue. <\/p>\n
